Return Policy

At Belico Fit, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make. We understand that sometimes you might change your mind or encounter issues with the items you've ordered. Below you will find our return policy, which outlines the process for returning items for store credit and the conditions that apply to such returns.

Returns and Exchanges:

  1. Eligibility: Items are eligible for return only if they are unworn and in their original condition, with all original tags intact.

  2. Time Frame: Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return for store credit.

  3. Return Initiation: To initiate a return, customers must contact us via email at shopmusclemommy@gmail.com to request return instructions.

  4. Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning an item. The shipping cost will be deducted from the store credit issued for the return.

  5. Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection. Items that exhibit signs of wear, including but not limited to odors, stains, hair, pet hair, perfume, or obvious signs of use, and those missing the original tags, will not be eligible for return.

  6. Exchanges: Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of the customer's receipt of the order. Items must be unworn and have the original tags attached. If the desired size or item is out of stock at the time of exchange, we won't be able to fulfill the exchange. However, if the requested size is available, we'll be glad to process the exchange.

  7. Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse for exchange. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

  8. Exchange Initiation: To initiate an exchange, customers must contact us via email at shopmusclemommy@gmail.com to obtain the return address for sending the item back.

  9. Time Limit: We kindly ask customers to initiate exchanges or returns within the specified timeframes. No returns or exchanges will be processed for requests made after 14 days of receiving the order.

Please note that, as per our policy, we do not offer refunds for returned items. Instead, we provide store credit that can be used towards future purchases.
