Despite our rigorous quality checks, if you receive an item that you believe to be defective, we're here to assist you. Reporting Defective Items

  1. Time Frame: If you receive an item that appears to be defective, please contact us immediately within 14 days of receiving the item.

  2. Contact Information: To report a defective item, please send an email to shopmusclemommy@gmail.com with your name and order number included in the message.

  3. Providing Evidence: Along with your contact details, please attach clear pictures of the defective item in your email. This will help us review and understand the issue.

Return and Exchange Process

  1. Review and Approval: Once we receive your email and examine the provided pictures, we will assess the reported defect. Please allow us a reasonable time to review the images and determine if the item is indeed defective.

  2. Shipping Return Label: If the item is deemed defective, we will issue a shipping return label to facilitate the return process. You will receive instructions on how to use the return label.

  3. Exchange or Refund: Upon receiving the defective item, we will inspect it to confirm the reported defect. If the item is verified as defective, we will be more than happy to exchange it for a non-defective item. In the event that the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the purchase amount. Refunds are only applicable if the requested item is unavailable.

  4. Timely Response: We understand the importance of resolving defective item issues promptly. Rest assured, we will strive to expedite the exchange process as much as possible if the item is found to be defective.
