For all orders shipped outside the USA, please note that they are considered final sale. This means that we cannot accept returns, issue refunds, or process exchanges for international orders.

Shipping rates for international orders may vary based on the destination country. The typical transit time for international orders falls within the range of 1-10 business days. However, there is a possibility that certain items might encounter customs delays, leading to longer waiting periods.

Tracking and Delivery

During the transit of an international package, tracking updates might not be available. We can only confirm delivery once the package has reached its destination.

Duties and Customs Charges

If duties and customs charges lead to the package being rejected, the buyer will bear the costs of return postage and shipping in order to receive a refund. In cases where the buyer opts to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be issued.
